Tamrin Goldberg is a dancer and choreographer, currently performing on Broadway with Moulin Rouge! The Musical. With tuberculosis as an underlying theme in the story of Moulin Rouge, Tamrin and her father, TB researcher and TAG board member, Dr. Stefan Goldberg have been collaborating to raise awareness for TB, working to bring the current reality of tuberculosis into the public consciousness.
Their advocacy work has included educating company members and theater audiences about TB, in person and on social media, and with benefit concerts in Dallas, Baltimore, and NYC’s iconic le Poisson Rouge. In 2023, the CDC recognized Tamrin and the touring company of Moulin Rouge! The Musical as TB Elimination Champions.
Other performance highlights include: Ashley Fure’s Filament with The New York Philharmonic, the First National Tours of Moulin Rouge! The Musical and SUMMER: The Donna Summer Musical, Tamar of the River Off-Broadway, Heartbeat Opera’s Breathing Free, and performances at The Hollywood Bowl, Goodspeed Opera House, The Alliance Theater, and Broadway Sacramento.
