WHAT INFORMATION DO WE GET WHEN YOU VISIT OUR WEB SITE AND HOW DO WE USE IT?
When you sign up or make a donation to Treatment Action Group via one of our online forms, you’ll see a checkbox or radio buttons that indicate you want to receive additional emails and updates from Treatment Action Group. If you prefer NOT to receive these emails, just uncheck this box before submitting the form, or mark all the radio buttons to “No.” Also, you may opt out at any time. (See “Unsubscribing” below.)
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
Our Web site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control. Like most people, we use a host to house our site, and that server and our database are located in a locked, secure environment.
TAG keeps all donor personal information private, with the exception of acknowledging donor names and general giving levels in our annual report (unless anonymity is requested). We will never send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations, and will never share or sell your personal information.
UNSUBSCRIBING FROM TAG EMAILS/CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
All messages sent by Treatment Action Group via Salsa Engage include information on how to unsubscribe quickly and easily through an automated system. However, if you wish to unsubscribe by contacting a person, or you need to process a change to your email address or other information, you can send an email to: email@example.com. Please be sure to include all information pertinent to your request, including the specific email address and name that you want unsubcribed and/or need to change.
