On September 14, 2022, a coalition of activists, researchers, and public health professionals sent the following letter to the White House MPX Coordinators, OSTP, CDC, and NIH/NIAID asking for a coordinated and adequately funded comprehensive Federal research effort to contain, control, and ultimately eliminate monkeypox in the US and around the world.
