This article, Infections Post-inequalities: Realizing the End of Tuberculosis Through Equitable Economic Orders, explores TB as a proxy metric for the failure of decolonizing global health and realizing the rights to health and science; and argues that decolonizing the international financial architecture is foundational to advancing global health decolonization. Senior TB Program Associate Erin McConnell argues that the end of TB (and HIV and HCV) cannot be achieved without acknowledging the role of the international financial architecture in shaping health outcomes and dismantling the systems to create inequity within and between nations.
